MONTHLY MEET-UP / PLAYDATE
Since the Loft opened in May 2021, we have offered a monthly homeschool moms' meet-up / kids' playdate, which we've been pleased to see has been a blessing for those who have attended. However, to everything there is a season, and we feel the era for these gatherings may have come to an end, at least for now. Attendance has dwindled in recent months and, though we always welcome teens as well as younger kids, the children in many of our "founding families" have aged-out.
Thus, though we will start up again if we feel led, we have - as of September 2026 - put the meet-up on indefinite hiatus. As an alternative, we highly recommend that you join any of the wonderful homeschool groups in the area, most of which offer a much more robust schedule of activities than The Loft can manage.
