Homeschool Moms' Meet-Up / Kids' Play Date

"School Year" Gatherings

Join us once a month from September through May and give your homeschooled kids - of all ages - an opportunity to hang out and play with their homeschooled peers while you get to know other homeschooling parents. 

The play area is small but enclosed and safe, and it's surrounded by seating areas where parents can chat. We also encourage teens to come and suggest that each teen bring a favorite board game to share with others who attend. 

Please bring water or other beverages to keep your kids hydrated, and feel free to bring your own lunches.

Note that this is not a drop-off event; a parent should accompany his/her own children. And all participants must remain only in the direct vicinity of the play area (i.e., not wander off to any other areas of the facility). 


Summer Gatherings

  • BYOL (bring your own lunch)

The park has playground equipment, a splash pad, a covered pavilion, and open restrooms. We also encourage teens to come and suggest that each teen bring a favorite board game to share with others who attend.
